One Child Fatally Burned in Tragic Accident
Agnes Elizabeth Rong, aged child of Mrs. Jamie Rong, died after a dress ignited Friday afternoon and flames enveloped her. Her mother, burned while trying to help, assisted at the scene before Agnes Elizabeth was transported to Charleston General Hospital. Funeral set for Tuesday from the Rong home. The family also suffered a fatal hunting accident two months prior when Jesse Rong was killed by a fellow hunter’s gun.
