Pittsfield Mass Feb 27 Dr George P Hunt elderly pediatrician and family physician for John F Noxon Jr will be recalled to testify as the state resumes the murder trial of a wealthy corporation lawyer charged with killing his sub normal infant son The doctor testified the six month old baby had facial characteristics suggestive of mongolism and seemed retarded He treated the child since birth and said specialists at Boston Children’s Hospital told Noxon the child would never be normal He was first to examine the body after death which Noxon claims was accidental The defense accuses deliberate malice aforethought and extreme atrocity The wife visited Noxon in Berkshim county jail with their 13 year old son
