Train Crash Near Union Terminal Kills One Injures Dozens
One man was killed and more than 50 injured when a Big Four passenger train collided with a Baltimore and Ohio train near Union Terminal Cincinnati on a trestle approach. The dead man, Volney D. Lane, 40, Cincinnati baggagemaster, was struck as the doors closed on him. At least 23 were treated at the scene or hospital. Investigators planned an Interstate Commerce Commission review as trains waited for a block signal prior to the collision.

Gladys Dillon a 14 year old girl from Mill Branch Lincoln county is charged with attempting to poison her father mother and six siblings.
