Eugene McRae 26 of Jacksonville Florida was bound over to the grand jury in Municipal Court Friday on a breaking and entering charge. He posted 2500 dollars bond after a preliminary hearing. John Christy of the West Virginia Investigation Bureau identified McRae as the man found inside a jewelry shop in the Arcade Building on February 3 attempting to open the safe.
