Reds Charge U S Britain Hurting Talks
MOSCOW The Soviet Union said the United States and Britain prejudiced the 18 nation disarmament conference opening March 14 in Geneva. It criticized Kennedy and Macmillan for not initiating talks at heads of government level while leaving door open for Western-minister groundwork.

Two brothers were fined 27 dollars each and sentenced to jail terms for peeping toms while another man, James Fink of Lewis Charleston, was held on a morals charge after waiving a preliminary hearing. Fink admitted indecent exposure to girl students near Charleston High School.
