Gallipolis Ohio February 15 neighbors say O C McIntyre would have preferred a simple burial but the chamber of commerce schedules one of the town’s largest civic observances. His body arrives from New York where he died Monday. A chamber group will greet the cortege at Huntington as every minister in Gallia County town of 7000 participates in the funeral Thursday. Bond Payment Plan Offered to Settle Old Irreducible Fund Claims
The supreme court yesterday approved a plan to settle two bond default claims against the old Irreducible School Fund board for 351 025 45. Former Gov W G Conley and sureties formed Three Citice Realty to pay the state and then take over properties of the Consolidated Fritz company of Williamson and the Ferguson hotel at Charleston.
