Ray C. Teter 45 died Monday night at his home at Broad and Washington Streets. Services will be held this afternoon at 3 o'clock at the residence. Burial will be in Spring Hill cemetery. He was an official of Central Trust company and had 25 years experience in engineering and public service. He served in the state tax commission under Fred Hive and later with Lohmeyer Goldsmith Potteryo Company Insurance. He became secretary when Central Trust affiliated with Kanawha Valley Bank in 1920.
