Women Held In Infants Deaths Denied by Court
In St Joseph Michigan on February 14 7 Mrs Ethel Lewis 49 and her daughter Mrs Okel Gorham 23 are held for trial on first degree murder charges in the death of Clarence Wesley four months old. They waived examination after brief questioning and were sent to circuit court for possible equity tests. Husbands Wallace Lewis and Herbert Gothan are held for trial though no charges are stated.
