A North Charleston sign painter was killed last night when his car plunged into Piney Creek near Sullivan. Witnesses said he walked a short distance after the crash before the vehicle rolled over and submerged. The driver, Hunter Perry Rader 26 of Wayne, was not charged. The victim was identified as Joseph Henry, with Nellie Henry 15 believed drowned. The car was found side down with the rear wheels visible. Mathena’s body later found nearby.
