Special To The Gazette reports Magee M'Clung prominent lawyer and former Payatic County Prosecuting Attorney committed suicide at his home in Magee at age around 40. He was survived by his widow and 10 year old son Mapce Jr. He had been arrested recently on a charge of posessing alcoholic beverages at his country home. Authorities found him with a bullet wound in the head after he asked to fetch his belongings. No motive was given for the suicide.
