Injunction Bars Lucas Precinct Vote Censuring Nominee
Judge M A Roberts of Ottumwa issued an injunction restraining the republican county central committee from canvassing votes in the Lucas precinct where the senatorial nomination is involved and from declaring Hasselquist the nominee. Copeland seeks to void the election as irregular. A dissolution motion will be argued later as bitterness over the county grows and democrat chances rise.
