Sheilah Hamman of Yates Center a student at Emporia Kansas State College is named the new Miss Woodson County Hay Queen. Shannon Lewis the reigning queen crowned her during an 8 p m pageant at Yates Center High School gym. A 1 p m Saturday parade in downtown Yates Center featured six other contestants including Miss Kansas and Lewis.
