Escaped trio hunted after jail breakout near Joplin

Inmates End Sit Down Strike at Kansas State Penitentiary
About 100 of the 700 inmates at Lansing Kansas State Penitentiary ended a seven hour protest after sitting in the yard with bats and clubs seized from the exercise area.
