Father Admits Lashing Son Before Death
Sgt. Tommy J. Shelley, 21, of Joplin Missouri, orally admitted whipping his 2 year old son with a leather belt shortly before the child died on a Fort Carson base trailer. No Revenue Measures By Council Committee
