Driver Moran found guilty in police court appeal filed
Jack Moran of Earlton was found guilty on charges of driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene after a collision at 21st and Santa Fe on October 9. An appeal to district court was filed by attorney Kenneth Foust of Iola. Moran may be released on bond during the appeal. Reckless driving was dismissed. the other driver was Mrs. Doris Hart.
