W H Payton 73 a carpenters union agent from 517 W 4th was listed in critical condition at Neosho Memorial Hospital after a traffic crash about 4 PM yesterday. A 1959 Plymouth driven by Payton and a 1958 International semi truck driven by Don Endsley collided near K39 east of the river bridge. Endsley and his 10 year old son were uninjured.
