The senior high music department hosts its Spring Concert tonight at 8 in the school auditorium. Conductor Leland Clapson leads the band with guest Glenn Peak from Royster Junior High. School bond plan seeks 145000 for four new classrooms

City Commission revises truck rules and boosts storm warning

Steve Weiner, 16, son of Mr and Mrs Carl Weiner II, won the Teenage Road-E-O sponsored by the Junior Chamber of Commerce with a total 324 points from written and driving tests.
