Fletcher Montgomery 49 of Victoria Kansas died in a cavern of a drainage ditch on the Fort Hays State College campus yesterday. The tragedy occurred while Montgomery was exploring the campus drainage system.
Vilas Rural High Embraces Driver Education Program
