Construction hinges on city permit with plan review and drainage data. Each unit provides various sizes from 5 by 10 to 10 by 22 feet totaling eight large units and many small ones.

Chanute educators honored at spring NEA dinner

Two Chanute teachers retired after 41 and 35 years of service. Freda Betts taught 32 years in math at Royster Junior High and will stay in Chanute to volunteer. Margaret Hollenshead taught 35 years in music, plans June retirement and more travel with her husband.
