Two Coffeyville Junior College students faced extortion charges after notes demanding 2400 dollars were found in a car and at Coffeyville High School. Suspects Thomas Carpenter and George Tabor were arrested after a late evening stakeout arranged by Police Chief Soles and KBI agent Ron Klingenberg.
