Keep Head Up Mouth Closed Dear Ann Landers
A 1963 Ann Landers column excerpt discusses a wife furious at a socialite wife flirting with her husband, advising to keep calm and not confront the other woman. It then covers a separate reader dilemma about a coworker borrowing money via charge accounts and the need to close the account, followed by a question about a father using a belittling nickname for his son and the mother’s concerns. The tone is advisory with practical steps and moral framing.
