Luther Nutter, 20, of Selman is slated for a June 26 preliminary hearing on unauthorized use of a vehicle after allegedly driving a 10 ton county bulldozer along a zig zag 2 mile course from Oklahoma into Kansas. He reportedly knocked down stop signs mail boxes a service station fences and created a dirt dike across a county road during the ride.
