Mrs. Lallie M. West, a witness to the Union Station massacre in Kansas City, died Sunday night. She was 87. West testified that Charles Floyd and Verne Miller fired on FBI agents escorting Frank Nash, with two agents and two detectives killed. She identified Floyd and later testified at trials of officials and Adam Richetti.
