Court Denies Habeas Relief for Kansas Penitentiary Killers
The U S Circuit Court of Appeals refused to grant a habeas corpus for George York and James Latham, both aged 22 and 23, sentenced to die for the 1961 Oakley area murder of Otto Ziegler.
