A surprise luncheon was held Tuesday for Glennice Savidge and her children at 1524 S Central as the family prepares to leave for Bonn Germany where husband and father Pfc Michael Savidge serves in the Army. Hostesses were Donna Robertson and Sharon Greve. Greve baked a cake decorated with Chanute and Bonn on opposite corners with an airplane between.

The bride is daughter of Walter Aday and Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Seger. groom is child of Mr. and Mrs. Seger. Ministers were Rev. Horace Aday and Rev. Marshall Davidson. Attendants included Patty Aday as maid of honor and Cindy Booe Kim Anderson and Lori Seger as bridesmaids. The reception followed at Orchid Buffet with families hosting the rehearsal dinner.
