Kansas to issue decals for annual license plate renewal
Kansas officials will bid on auto tag decals to replace yearly new plates starting Jan 1 1976. Decals valid for one year will be affixed to existing plates, with 1976 decals silver and black numerals and color changing yearly. Five year plan preserves 1975 plates.
