Six area businesses were hit in the night including the Martin Tractor Co in Chanute and the Neocha Drive In Theater. A safe was punched at the tractor company with about 200 dollars taken, while the theater saw only change from a cigarette machine. Other targets included Olson grocery Star Lanes Humboldt Ben Franklin Pence IGA Humboldt. Damage included broken glass dumped foods and ruined safes.
