Harassment After Wrong Drug Raid Drives Couple From Home
Herbert Giglotto and his wife Louise allege a mistaken drug raid on their Collinsville home led to harassment and property damage. He filed a $1 million suit, says two cars were sideswiped, phone harassment followed, and a man was seen in their basement after the raid. He recalls 15 armed federal agents, cuffs, threats, and a gun to his head before the error was admitted.
