Marvin Mumford, 29, of Lawrence, had a three year suspended sentence revoked in Douglas County District Court. He faces an assault case involving William Docking, 19, son of Gov. Robert Docking, plus an assault with a deadly weapon conviction from 1968. Mumford collapsed before a parole hearing and was hospitalized.
