Officers Seek Identity Of Couple In Crash
A 1956 Ford driven by Michael D. Serpan, 20, of 1729 S Central, sustained $75 damage after a crash at 3rd and Steuben at 12 10 a.m. yesterday. The other car fled on foot without identification while Serpan went to get officers. A 1953 Chrysler with a Michigan plate last year caused the collision, $100 damage to the right front, ran a stop sign and overran the curb into a yard. Police continue the investigation to identify the other two occupants.
