Fog blankets nearly all of Kansas with drizzle and mild temperatures. Topeka records a sixth fog day this month the most February fog in 70 years. Miller Pleads Guilty To Single Counts
In Erie a district court heard William Miller of Chanute plead guilty to one burglary count and one larceny count from a Chanute break in last fall. He was represented by Richard Ashley and released on a continuing bond for a parole hearing on March. Burglary term ranges five to ten years at Hutchinson State Reformatory and larceny up to five years, to run concurrently.
