Frank R. Haviland, 21, of Erie, was jailed on charges tied to stealing three vehicles late Saturday into Sunday. Don Harding, Neosho county undersheriff, arrested him around 6 a.m. Sunday in a hay barn north of Erie after the third vehicle was abandoned east of the US59 K39 junction.
Kaemmerling reports his car missing from Dine-A-Mite Cafe after leaving it running.
