Farm Couple Slain Near Walters Oklahoma
George Grimes about 55 and his wife about 50 were found slain in their home near Walters Oklahoma. Both had .22 caliber chest wounds and appeared dead for days. House gas was on and a rifle with blood was found upstairs. They were last seen Thursday. neighbor Henry Renschin found the bodies.

Two Car Collision Near St Paul Causes Minor Damage
At about 6 15 p m Saturday a two car collision on highway K57 two miles west of St Paul caused no injuries. Vehicles were a 1957 Ford driven by Joe M Myers 45 of Cherokee and a 1953 Ford driven by Mrs Mary A Coomes 72 of rural Erie. Left rear of Myers car and left front of Coomes car were damaged. Coomes said she was blinded momentarily by Myers headlights.

Police were notified Saturday that a 1958 Oldsmobile reported stolen from 111 North Western by Charles Mead, a Wichita salesman, on November 27 was recovered at Russellville Arkansas. The car was found without a license tag and listed as running.
