Neosho County Turns to Bonds for Hospital Renovation
With 424 signatures short of the 1 709 required, Neosho County Commission will issue 3 million dollars in bonds for remodeling and expansion of Neosho Memorial Hospital. County Clerk Wayne Gibson ruled no vote will occur. Administrator Murray Brown stated plans proceed with architect work and bids in six to seven months as Commissioner James Guffey noted community need.
