Tornado Pictures Capture Kansas Patrol Trooper Action

Kansas trooper Henry Perez filmed a developing tornado 25 miles west of Salina on Interstate 70. He shot 20 exposures in 5 to 7 minutes using a Sears 35mm SLR as the storm moved from cloud bulge to funnel to dust. The images will aid National Weather Service tornado spotter training and public awareness.
