College Levy Dips Slightly

The 1971 72 NCCJC budget shows a small mill levy decrease from 9.18 to 9.10 while expenditures rise to 717 898 55. Dr J C Sanders notes funds come from cash balances tuition and deposits with a public hearing set for Aug 17 at 8 p m. The general fund increases reflect a five percent cap and higher student tuition.
