August 23 George K Aggers, traveling for Seattle house and for whom a John Doe warrant was issued Tuesday for speeding after he narrowly missed a girl named Dix in his automobile. He was arrested last night when he appeared to claim the automobile held by police, the owner not found. Aggers was arraigned before Judge Hoss in police court last night and assessed a $25 fine plus costs.
