Public notice of district court mortgage suit in Benton County

In Benton County Iowa district court a mortgage foreclosure suit is filed by Mussinian against many named defendants and unknown heirs to parcels in sections 3 and 5 township 84 north range 10 west, with claim of fee simple title by the plaintiff after fifteen years of open adverse possession. Parties include John J. Tyler and wife, William Gleason and wife, Jeremiah Small and wife, Jolbn W. O. Webb and Company, Merle Mowbray and Leana Mowbray as sole heir, Frank E. Smith and wife, Robert Ravenscroft and wife, Rose Mowbray, Anna B. McCartney and John McCartney, Wm. C. Garrison and others. The petition asserts title in plaintiff and bars all other claims, and a notice to appear by noon of the second day of the next term, in Vinton, Iowa, commencing April 3, 1924.
