Execution sale directed by the District Court of Benton County Iowa to satisfy Willie Rice's judgment against Ivan Sanders et al. The sheriff will sell at the south front door of the Vinton courthouse on March 16 1926 at public auction. Property includes multiple described parcels in section 23 township 85 north range 10 west with railroad right of way. Probate and costs apply.
Two civil actions in the April 1926 Benton county district term seek divorce for Nelson Crow from Ommer Crow and Dollie Wolfe from Daniel Wolfe. Nelson and Ommer wed in Illinois February 28 1916. Dollie and Daniel wed in Iowa September 13 1925 with custody sought of Millie Jeneice and alimony. Both petitions warn that failure to answer by the next term will result in default and judgments.
