Des Moines Jan 21 the Gallagher motion picture censorship bill in the police regulations sub committee is not expected to see the heat of us again. The sub committee chairman is Rep. Elbert of Davenport and the committee is unanimously opposed to the measure. A similar fate awaits the farm bureau measure limiting members to bona fide farmers and authorizing appropriation by a majority vote of county people.
