In Millburg Michigan on February 21 five masked robbers raided Millburg State Bank vaults of about 45000 dollars. Elias Ackley of New Carlisle Indiana shot and wounded the bandits, capturing all five despite being grazed in the groin. Officers pursued the escape as the village was five miles east of Renton Harbor with deputies rushing to cut off the bandits.
Oxford Junction, Janction, in. Peb. 2. John Maloney, proprietor of a general store, fired on two bandits robbing his crack register last night. The fight moved to the street and then the railroad yard as the men fled toward a freight train. Maloney kept shooting until the pair surrendered and were locked up. The robbers refused to identify themselves.
French liner Rochambeau swung by tidal current collided with Cunard Tuscania while at anchor near Anchorage. No serious injuries reported as captain quickly aided by his own boat. Minor damage found on Tuscania's bow railings and side plates.

Fort Dodge Iowa February 21 Hale Kinzie alleged head of the Kinzie gang of Sioux City arrested here yesterday in connection with the Farlin Iowa Savings Bank robbery. He will be taken to Jefferson today by Chief Flattery and state agents. The arrest supports Sheriff Morain's belief that Sioux City gangsters staged the Farlin crime. Reports say Roy Edwards and John Marsh captured at Farlin are members of the Sioux City gang.
