Treasurer questions legality of budget fix in Iowa
Iowa State Treasurer Michael Fitzgerald questioned whether Governor Reynolds may violate state law by transferring 13 million from the Economic Emergency Fund to the general fund to avert a 7 billion dollar FY2017 deficit.
