Iowa Nonprofit Center expands reach at Des Moines campus
The University of Iowa grows the Larned A. Waterman Iowa Nonprofit Resource Center from startup help to broad services at the former AIB College of Business campus in Des Moines. Co director Paul Thelen says offerings now include strategic planning leadership development and board assessments. The center served 222 Iowa nonprofits and 808 attendees last year and will open a Des Moines office two days a week with modest fees for some services.
