Iowa Human Services approves partial budget cuts
The Iowa Council on Human Services authorized a 15 million plus reduction for the Department of Human Services, leaving about 16 million short of Gov Branstad's 3.85 percent across the board cut. The plan lowers appropriations through June 30, 1986 from 394.8 million to 379.6 million.
