Buyouts for I 80 380 upgrade begin near Tiffin
The Iowa Department of Transportation will start buyouts for the I 80 380 interchange project in eastern Iowa. The plan affects 82 acres of land and four homes including EJ Merriweather’s, as part of a five year 270 million effort due to the I 80/380 replacement. A public meeting is set to discuss the project.
