Bond Set in Attempted Murder Case
Bond was set at $10,000 in Linn District Court for Dorrance M. Meister 35 of Marion charged with attempted murder after allegedly trying to shoot his wife Susan at the Meister home Saturday afternoon. Susan was not injured. Preliminary hearing set for Oct. 5. Meister is jailed in Linn County.
