Isleton Flood Returns Bring Residents Home
Isleton California residents begin returning after floodwaters recede. About 3,000 displaced, more than 450 homes destroyed, state estimates losses at 24 million with no deaths. Mayor Franscioni says roughly 90 percent will return, roots run deep in this delta town along the San Joaquin River.
