Foreclosure and delinquency rates fall in Cedar Rapids and Iowa City
CoreLogic data show Cedar Rapids July foreclosures at 1.74 percent, down from 2.08 percent a year earlier, with 3.1 percent of loans 90 days overdue. Iowa City foreclosure rate is 0.88 percent, down from 1.17 percent, and 1.75 percent of Iowa loans are 90 days overdue. Statewide foreclosures average 1.7 percent, with 3.32 percent past due.
