TSA eases carry on liquids rules in new guidance

The TSA allows travel size liquids three ounces or smaller to be packed in a one quart clear bag with carry on items. Bottled water remains banned until after security but some items from the secure airport area may now go onboard. Lighters still banned unless fuel free or TSA approved case.
