Third suspect held in G R bank robbery
Cedar Rapids police report a third man identified as Christopher L. Lanehart 24 of Clarence was arrested on a second degree robbery charge in connection with the Guaranty Bank robbery at 191 Jacelyn Dr. SW Cedar Rapids. Two men Kevin Connor 18 and Daniel Straw were charged with aiding and abetting on Friday.

Corridor 23 suspects held on second degree robbery charge
In Cedar Rapids two suspects from Corridor 23 are held in Linn County Jail on 25,000 cash or surety bonds for second degree robbery. The retrial of Jacovan Bush for first degree murder was reset to January 2014 in Linn County District Court after an appeal over allegedly inadmissible witness statements from the 2008 shooting death of Thomas Horvath.
